Same day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed prior to 9:30 am. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed by Friday evening. Delivery cut off times and availability are set by the courier service. Orders received after
these times or if delivery slots are filled will be delivered next available day.
PICKUP
Pickup is available Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 am and 1:00
pm for orders placed prior to 10:00 am. Saturday morning pickup is available for orders received by Friday. If space is still available during the day we will
accommodate orders for pickup past the daily cut off time
Tuesday to Friday. Pickup time will be confirmed
via email.

Delivery for residences:
Deliveries are generally conducted between 2:30 pm and 6:30 pm by the floral courier.
Please ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery.

SUBSTITUTION:
I understand flowers my selection may be substituted for an
alternative design and or color.
In placing this order with us we appreciate your understanding of the current
delivery/ pickup policy. Further details of the policy may be found on our
policy page.
Please ensure someone will be home if being delivered to a
residential home without concierge to receive the delivery.
Although there is no guaranteed delivery window, general
delivery hours to residences are between 2:30 and 6:30 pm and to
businesses between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm (with
the exception of high volume weeks such as Valentines' and
Mother's day where orders will be delivered from 9:00 through
early evening for residential ). The courier service will
only make one attempt at delivery in a single day, they will
knock or call and place the order at the door before they leave
if there is no answer. If no local telephone number for
recipient is provided delivery will be left at door if being
delivered to a residence with no one available to receive the
order.
Orders left at the door are considered delivered. A second delivery attempt may be made the
following delivery day if selected at an additional delivery charge Monday to
Friday or if the option has been selected we will contact the recipient in advance of delivery day by
email to advise them of the delivery (email address is required for this
service). There is no second delivery attempt on
weekends (Saturday) or Holidays. If a second delivery has been requested and
attempted or if the recipient has requested a specific delivery day and on
arrival the courier service is unable to find someone to accept the delivery
orders will be left at the door where possible or considered undeliverable.
It is the responsibility of the
sender to ensure where applicable the complete and correct information is
provided, that the recipient is home, that the business is not
closed temporarily and concierge/ security/ reception will accept
deliveries going to residential buildings or office buildings
(many have changed their policies). For
Apartment buildings/ condos the courier service delivery will be only to the
lobby, If there is no security/
concierge it is
the responsibility of the sender to ensure the recipient is
home during the delivery window to accept the order from the courier or
the order will be considered undeliverable. The same policy will
apply for offices buildings/ work spaces if the recipient is not at work it will be
left with a co-worker, if there is no one to accept the delivery it
will be considered undeliverable .
Senior and assisted living residences must have a reception
area accepting deliveries.
The studio or courier
service will not be responsible for incorrect addresses, orders
not taken in by recipient, recipients unavailable to accept
their orders, orders vandalized or affected by weather due
to being left at the door/ porch or concierge/ security/
or mailrooms that do not notify recipient of the delivery.
Orders considered undeliverable or left at door will
not be refunded, this includes refusal of acceptance from security/concierge or no
security or concierge options to accept deliveries, incorrect
addresses or a business is closed. Orders left
with concierge/ security or mailrooms due to building policy are
the responsibility of concierge/ security or mailrooms to ensure
they are delivered in a timely manner and in the pristine
condition they were received. Orders requiring a second delivery
will not be refreshed.
Orders for pickup must be prepaid prior to
pickup.

In placing this order
terms of use, order, delivery and privacy terms are accepted. If
you have not received a confirmation email within 12 hours
please check your spam folder or contact us via email in the
event there was a transmit error
Confirmation of Order
When your order
has been received by the studio it will be processed and an
email will be sent to you
confirming your order and that we have verified available
delivery space with the courier or to advise you of pickup times. Due to the nature
of preparing fresh goods and booking courier space if an order is cancelled there will be a charge of 60%
of the order total unless a cancellation request has been received within ten
minutes of placing the order by phone
If the order has already be sent out for delivery there is
no refund. If you have not received a confirmation of
delivery/ pickup day email within 12 hours please check your
spam folder or contact us via email in the event there was a
transmit issue. Should the courier service suspend
delivery for any given day, the delivery will be made on the
next delivery day.
