Delivery and HST are extra.

Delivery rates vary beginning at $14.95 for Local, $16.50-$35 for suburbs and $35 + up for distant suburbs.

 All orders are subject to tax on both flowers and delivery.

 

All deliveries are made by a floral courier service in the afternoon with businesses prior to 6:00 pm and residential generally in the latter part of the afternoon to early evening. Unfortunately, as with all courier services we cannot specify an exact delivery time of day as delivery schedules are determined by the volume of deliveries, if the recipients are in, traffic, etc.  All efforts will be exhausted to deliver orders in a timely fashion. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the recipient is in town and/or at work. If being delivered to a home please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.  Due to the logistics of the delivery service we are unable to call ahead to notify a recipient when the order will be delivered. Orders for Valentine's are required by the courier service to be booked in advance of delivery date. Should you need to redirect a delivery we are required to notify the courier service by 3:00 pm one day in advance.

It takes special care in handling floral deliveries, however if a specific delivery time is required we encourage our clients to contact a local Taxi service directly or a one hour courier service to arrange for pickup and delivery. Once in the care of the alternative service it is their responsibility to handle the order correctly. Please advise us on ordering if you are arranging for your own delivery service and time of pickup.

Some buildings have a mailroom/ concierge/ security. Due to some building policy all deliveries must be sent to the mailroom or left in the care of the concierge. It is the responsibility of the mailroom/ concierge/ security to ensure the flowers are delivered to the recipient in a timely fashion and cared for properly while in their care. Our delivery service is subject to building/ company policy. Please ensure your building will accept delivery via concierge if a condo. If the recipient is not home we will try to locate a neighbor who will accept the order on their behalf and leave a note on the door indicating where the order is. If no one is available there will be a delivery tag placed on the door and the order will be returned to the studio where the recipient may arrange to pick it up the following business day afternoon unless indicated otherwise below. Please ensure the recipient is in town and not on vacation as orders may be left in neighbor's / concierge care. It is the responsibility of the sender to know if the recipient is in town or away and to provide the correct address and local contact information. Orders undeliverable due to recipient being out of town or incorrect address will not be refunded.  Please ensure if you request for your delivery to be left with the concierge that the building policy is to accept deliveries of flowers by the concierge.

Weather Concerns:

 

 In extreme weather conditions we strongly recommend against sending flowers and flowering plants as they are very delicate. If orders are sent the studio cannot take responsibility for orders affected by the cold or extreme heat. 

 

Please advise us when an extreme cold or heat warning has been issued what you would prefer:

Once an order has been received by the studio it will be processed and an email confirming receipt will be received. Once a confirmation email has been sent, due to the nature of preparing fresh goods, if an order is cancelled following confirmation there will be a charge of 70% of the order total.  If the order has already be sent out for delivery or the order is cancelled after 3:00 pm one day in advance of delivery date there is no refund.  We remind you in order to process orders a valid email address must be provided. Confirmations of orders are sent via email only.

 

Due to Valentine's orders for Feb 12th - 14th orders must be prebooked with the courier service in advance of delivery date. If you change your mind and prefer to pick up your order or there is a change of address for delivery we must be notified by no later than 3:00 pm one day in advance of delivery date. Once booked with the courier service any cancellations will be charged a delivery charge. There is no change of delivery to an alternative address the day of delivery February 12th through 14th.

For Valentine's Day floral deliveries to business in Toronto and surrounding areas will be conducted during regular business hours for February 13th and 14th.  Home deliveries will be throughout the day to early evening of February 13th or 14th. Our delivery service due to logistics of reaching recipients cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery times.  We would be happy to have your order ready for pickup if you would prefer. All efforts will be exhausted to deliver orders in a timely fashion.
